The Senior Insights Consultant reports to the Sector Lead, Insights Consulting, and is responsible
for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller customers within a
specific sector. They address customer needs, present report findings, make recommendations,
and serve as a trusted point of contact. This role collaborates with Rapid Intelligence and Media
Intelligence teams to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations. They act as a liaison
between the customer and our delivery organization, building strong relationships with peers for
a seamless customer experience. Additionally, they serve as an authority on the customer's
insights program, documenting evolving needs, risks, and opportunities to support retention and
identify upselling opportunities for senior-level stakeholders in Insights Consulting and
commercial departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high quality products are delivered to customers.
Responsible for the final delivery of timely and high-quality reporting which speaks to the
needs, challenges and objectives of the customer.
Ensures all requests and needs are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner in
collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams.
Answers relevant questions/queries related to the client program, and proactively contact
the client in between service reviews.
Leads on client comms during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary
briefs and appropriate client training.
Leads customer presentations to present findings and recommendations on reporting.
Supports the expansion and revenue growth of the overall Insights Consulting division via
the retention / upsell of current client services or supporting the onboarding of new clients
and opportunities.
In-depth understanding of digital analytics tools and data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.
5+ years of experience in project, account management, writing and analytics.
1-2 years of management experience is desirable or experience demonstrating collaboration and delegation.
High degree of communication, skill, versatility, and leadership
Proven ability to resolve issues with customers and/or sales
Proven analytical skills with systematic problem-solving abilities
Advanced and demonstrated ability to build relationships, persuade and influence stakeholders, clients, and vendors
