Job Description:
Position performs duties relating to data collection, analysis, and reporting of various clinical, quality and financial information. Primary responsibilities include: collaborating with management regarding financial & clinical analysis; designing and generating standardized and financial patient level reports and analyzing related data; performing trend analysis on data, developing and maintaining portions of clinic information structure in multiple systems. Positions in a senior role primarily support Vice Presidents and senior leadership across the organization. As a senior role, this position is expected to serve the organization as technical and subject matter expert for areas in which they work. Senior roles work with a high level of independence and are expected to provide input and guidance to other members of the Finance team. They are often required to lead projects, develop and implement new methodologies, and make recommendations to improve both the business and processes within the Finance team. They lead and work on highly complex projects with large degrees of risk and scope, often serving in the role of project manager are able to make assignments to team members with the appropriate scope and complexity, ensuring adequate resources and support are available. May provide day to day leadership and direction to assigned team members and participate in the annual performance review process. Provides accurate and timely feedback to team members on their work performance, accomplishments and opportunities and assists in coaching team members to achieve optimal performance. In addition, senior analysts are expected to contribute to the team by serving the organization as technical and subject matter expert for areas in which they work. Work Experience: 5 years experience working in healthcare working with clinical, quality, financial systems.
Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or related field.

Pay Range
$56680 - $85030 / year

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
