Senior Financial Analyst - Revenue

We are seeking a senior financial analyst to join our finance team and help us drive the growth and profitability of Relativity. As a senior financial analyst, you will own various revenue forecasting models and be the key partner to various stakeholders in the maintenance and development of our cohort and revenue forecast models. You will also collaborate with business partners to build robust financial models to support strategic planning, facilitate decision-making, and provide recommendations and analysis to management. This role will be a key business partner for Relativity’s leadership and will have significant interaction with executives, sales, and operational leaders. You will report to the Manager, FP&A.
Responsibilities
Partner with Revenue Operations in maintaining bottoms-up ARR forecasts, target setting, and revenue planning
Analyze revenue trends, drivers, and variances across products, segments, and regions
Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue reports and dashboards for senior management and board of directors
Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects
Improve and automate existing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or modeling, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and tools such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Tableau, etc.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
$67,000 - $82,000 a year
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $67,000 and $82,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
