What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly motivated finance leader to fill the role of Sr. Finance Manager.  This individual will also partner with Business Partners, Finance teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Go-To-Market, and Product teams on a regular basis. Being successful in this role requires a strong analytical ability, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to support/enable process improvement and insights across all the key FP&A areas.

  • Build and develop SaaS metrics - you will continue to refine existing and design new KPIs to make them business relevant and able to analyze the trend, changes versus industry benchmarks

  • Support all key SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, Bookings, Revenue, Margins, Renewal rates, Customer Lifetime Value and expense drivers. You will build financial models in excel, google sheet, tableau or other systems to set up fully automated models

  • Architect of visual presentation - Your analytical, storytelling and design skills will be very handy for our monthly and quarterly performance review decks, as well as other custom business presentations to senior management

  • Be a Strategist - You will have many opportunities to dig deeper into the business to provide actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. Finance, IT, Customer Success, Sales Ops, GTM, Product etc.) to continually improve metrics alignment, consistency, data integrity, and automation

  • Partner with cross-functional business leaders on long and short-term financial planning relating to all topline and expense metrics (bookings, revenue, pipeline, opex) by product, business type, geography, etc.

  • Work closely with the CRO and Sales Ops on capacity planning, sales compensation plans, quota setting, and monthly commission payments

  • Prepare staffing productivity analyses and provide actionable recommendations to executive management

  • Identify risks and opportunities that drive financial results across the enterprise

  • Partner with FP&A team members to consolidate operating budgets and forecasts, as well as maintain and improve financial models/reports that track and analyze functional costs and their impact on the company’s overall performance

  • Drive reporting, forecasting and process improvements, including developing dashboards

  • Provide ad hoc analyses and key messages to Executives and Sales leadership on financial results, key business trends, and current and future business opportunities and risks

  • Prepare presentation materials in support of Monthly Reporting Packages, Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive/Board level presentations

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager Finance  who can help us grow to the next level as a company. Although the best candidates are more than the sum of their parts, as a starting point for this position you’ll need the following background:

  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, within in a P.E. or Public environment is a plus

  • 5+ years in tech / SaaS finance required

  • Expert Level Financial Modeling Skills required

  • SaaS GTM Finance experience is required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred 

  • Superior relationship-building and influence management skills in interactions with senior leaders, peers, business partners

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop finance talent and cultivate a high performing team

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities

  • High proficiency in Excel and experience with financial budgeting tools is required. 

  • Salesforce Experience required

  • Tableau, NetSuite competency a plus

 

$136,000- $180,000 + benefits+ options
