About the Role:
The Partner Team at Vercel is charged with creating mutual success for Vercel and our partners. As a Partner Growth Manager, you will be responsible for owning projects and end-to-end relations with our growth partners that will provide partners with the best program experience.
Your primary focus will be on architecting pipeline acceleration, managing partner applications and onboarding, and developing a seamless engagement experience. Join our mission to make Vercel the developer platform of choice for agencies, consultancies, and technology partners!
What You Will Do:
Partner Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage a high volume of partner applications efficiently and effectively.
Develop and execute strategies to attract, qualify, and onboard partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.
Partner Growth and Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
Onboard partners to activate them in our program and accelerate their time to value.
Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and support needs.
Program Development and Optimization
Refine partner experience to ensure alignment with partner goals and needs.
Implement strategies to drive partner-led pipeline acceleration and drive revenue growth
Identify opportunities for program differentiation and improvement and assist with partner marketing initiatives such as newsletters and webinars.
About You:
3+ years in a partner program, sales, or business development function at high growth SaaS organizations
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships
Ability to operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and measure success
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
Strong product sensibility to understand technical solution requirements
Knowledgeable about the developer / frontend ecosystem

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $130,000.00 - $169,000.00 This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.
