Senior Lifecycle Growth Manager
As the Senior Lifecycle Growth Manager, you will develop and implement growth strategies, optimize customer lifecycle engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention. This is a new role at Grow and will give you the opportunity to make an impact in mental health.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Optimizing Automated Communication Campaigns: You will be responsible for optimizing email, SMS, and other automated communication campaigns to drive engagement and retention. This includes analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, A/B testing different messaging strategies, and implementing personalized communication tactics.
Running and Improving the Provider Referral Program: You will oversee and enhance the provider referral program, leveraging it as a key driver of growth. This will involve identifying opportunities to optimize the referral program, creating incentives and rewards for providers, and tracking the effectiveness of referral campaigns.
Implementing Product-Driven Initiatives: You will work closely with the product team to identify and implement growth initiatives that are driven by product enhancements. This may include developing strategies for product-led growth, analyzing user behavior data to inform product improvements, implementing triggers/events for marketing automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute these initiatives.
Analyzing Data and Conducting Experiments: You will utilize your strong background in data analysis to identify areas in the customer lifecycle that have the greatest impact on growth. You will develop and execute experiments to optimize these areas, measuring the success of different strategies and iterating based on data-driven insights.
Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Growth Teams: As a Senior Growth Manager, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, product, and growth. You will work together to align growth strategies, share insights and learnings, and drive growth and engagement across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Monitoring and Reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) that positively influence customer behavior throughout the marketing cycle. This includes tracking and analyzing metrics related to engagement, evaluation, purchase, onboarding, and retention.
Salary range: $125,000 - $175,000
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have experience with email/SMS marketing, product-led growth, and referral programs.
You possess a strong background in data analysis and customer segmentation.
Experience with using marketing automation software to engage a large consumer base (Braze, Iterable, Customer IO etc)
Expert knowledge of email deliverability, and SMS/Email compliance requirements
You're skilled in marketing automation building out event triggers with product teams.
Excellent written communication skills for both communicating internally, but also with our customers.
You have a proven track record of successful project management and cross-functional collaboration.
You're passionate about customer acquisition and retention and are driven to achieve growth objectives.
