Position Overview

As the Community Builder at Panoptyc, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged community around our loss prevention solutions for both our Retail and Micro-Market segements. You'll leverage your SEO, content marketing, and community-building expertise to drive organic growth, increase brand visibility and Panoptyc’s position as a leader in the industry.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • SEO and Content Strategy:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to optimize our website and content for search engines.

    • Research and identify relevant keywords and target audiences to improve organic search rankings.

    • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media updates, to educate and engage our audience.

  • Community Building:

    • Build and nurture a thriving online community of loss prevention professionals, customers, and industry experts.

    • Actively participate in relevant online forums, social media platforms, and industry events.

    • Foster a sense of belonging and encourage community members to share their experiences and knowledge.

  • Thought Leadership:

    • Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives, such as blog posts, articles, and presentations.

    • Contribute to industry publications and conferences to establish Panoptyc as a trusted authority.

    • Leverage LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms to share valuable insights and connect with our target audience.

  • Automation and Optimization:

    • Implement and manage SEO automation tools and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

    • Continuously monitor and analyze website performance, SEO metrics, and community engagement to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Experience in content creation and marketing, including blog writing, social media management, and video production.

  • Online community management for spaces such as Reddit, Twitter, Facebook etc.

  • Proven ability to build and grow online communities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Job Details

  • Location: Remote, preferably from India or Europe

  • Status: Full-time, at least 40 hours per week

  • Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time

  • Hourly Rate: $15-$20/hr
