Revenue Enablement Technology Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Revenue Enablement Technology Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our Enablement Technology stack and CPQ, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the tools, training, and materials they need to succeed. This role plays a major part in ensuring our technology platforms can drive and measure the efficiency of our enablement programs. Additionally, you will manage other enablement initiatives and programs as needed, working closely with the full enablement team to provide insight and clarity into programs while fostering a collaborative team environment.
How you'll add value:
Manage Enablement Technology Stack: Oversee tools including Salesloft, Salesforce, CPQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari, Clari Co-Pilot, DocuSign, and Consensus. Manage other enablement initiatives and programs as needed, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization through efficiency measurements.
Measure Efficiency: Utilize data analytics and insights from our technology stack to measure and evaluate the efficiency and impact of current enablement programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate Trainings: Conduct live training sessions for new hires and ongoing development sessions for current team members and leadership. Collaborate with the enablement team to ensure consistency and effectiveness in training programs.
Collaboration with Revenue Operations: Work closely with Revenue Operations to understand and document the preferred technology processes. Provide insight and clarity into enablement programs, working as a team to optimize processes and materials.
Create Enablement Materials: Develop comprehensive enablement materials, such as internal one-sheeters, step-by-step videos, video demo walkthroughs, micro-learnings, eLearnings, and technology training presentations and decks. Contribute to team efforts by sharing knowledge and resources.
Interface with Deal Desk: Serve as a liaison between Deal Desk and sales teams to document and communicate pricing updates. Collaborate with the enablement team to ensure all pricing information is accurately and effectively shared.
CPQ Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of CPQ to support pricing and configuration processes. Work with the enablement team to provide training and support on CPQ-related topics.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
Enablement Experience: Four to five years proven experience in a revenue enablement or revenue operations role, with a strong understanding and background in sales processes and technology.
Data Proficiency: Proven experience in utilizing data analytics and insights from technology stacks to measure and evaluate the efficiency and impact of enablement programs.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesloft, Salesforce, CPQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari, Clari Co-Pilot, DocuSign, Canva, Consensus, and Microsoft Suite tools.
Training Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct effective live training sessions and create engaging training materials. Ability to work with the enablement team to deliver cohesive and comprehensive training programs.
Documentation Skills: Strong ability to document processes and create clear, concise training materials. Collaborate with the enablement team to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Operations and Deal Desk. Provide insight and clarity into enablement programs while fostering a team-oriented environment.
Adaptability: Ability to manage large project workloads and pivot focus as needed. Comfortable managing other enablement initiatives and programs as required.
Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without needing all the answers upfront. Work effectively within the enablement team to achieve common goals.
Travel: To ensure training efficiency, up to 15% travel will be required.
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $105,000-$126,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
