About the team
The Global Executive Marketing team creates experiences for the executive audience that build advocacy and trust, strengthen relationships, and generate revenue. We understand the executive audience and create content and experiences to programmatically reach them, ultimately helping Stripe attract, grow, and retain our most strategic users. The team is composed of three functional groups—Executive Briefings, Executive Programs, and Executive Content—that work together to help users learn more about Stripe and discover new areas for collaboration.
What you’ll do
As a member of the Executive Content team, you will work in partnership with Executive Briefing Managers and several cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Stripe executive leadership, and more) to develop executive-facing briefing materials that educate and inspire existing and prospective customers and position Stripe as the leading partner for financial infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Curate account-specific insights and research and translate that into tailored presentation content for a range of industries, business models, and geographies
Proactively partner with Stripe leaders and cross functional teams to create and repurpose narratives and visual content for executive briefings that ultimately help accelerate account momentum and build trust in Stripe as a partner
Develop bespoke content—in tight alignment with Stripe’s brand—that communicates Stripe’s solutions and tells compelling narratives to executive buyers across Stripe’s global briefing centers
Regularly gather feedback from the EBC team to refine and adapt the content strategy, ensuring the EBC's offerings remain compelling and effective in conveying Stripe’s value proposition
Present regularly on content resonance and learnings to key stakeholders
Continually measure, monitor and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Identify opportunities to leverage and scale initiatives across executive engagement program

Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on communications, marketing, journalism, business, or related field (in lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B sales or marketing roles)
7-10 years of account planning or account strategy experience
Strong storytelling or pitch deck creation skills and ability to translate business objectives into solution-oriented recommendations
Experience synthesizing multiple sources of information into thoughtful narratives and content for specific products, solutions, industries, and/or audiences
Experience with complex technical products
Ability to write effective copy is a necessity; graphic design capabilities are a plus
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to produce user-centric content
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills
Strong project- and stakeholder-management skills and ability to deliver in tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications
Previous background in executive briefing or sales enablement roles
Experience in visual storytelling for assets such as presentations, videos, blogs, and/or webpages
Experience managing a creative agency
